Accessibility Statement

Last updated: December 10, 2025

NordProtect is committed to making their website accessible in accordance with the Equality Act 2010, the European Accessibility Act (EAA), and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). This accessibility statement applies to the different page templates tested on NordProtect's website.

We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. For example, that means you should be able to:

  • Change colours, contrast levels and fonts using browser or device settings.
  • Navigate most of the website using a keyboard or speech recognition software.
  • Listen to most of the website using a screen reader (including the most recent versions of JAWS, NVDA, and VoiceOver).

We've also made the website text as simple as possible to understand.

COMPLIANCE STATUS

We are continually working to improve the accessibility of our website and services, so that our customers, including those with disabilities and special needs, can have simple, accessible, intuitive and secure interactions with the product and services NordProtect offers.

We know some parts of this website are not fully accessible, but put reasonable efforts to conform to applicable accessibility standards, including Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2.

A list of non-compliance parts is available below:

  • Navigation and Focus. Keyboard navigation on the brochureware site and browser app currently bypasses some menu items and filter buttons. We are enhancing focus indicators to ensure they are clearly visible for sighted keyboard users.
  • Forms and Interactive Elements. Some form controls, specifically the date selection calendar and mobile checkboxes, are not fully accessible to screen readers or keyboard-only users. We are ready to refactor these to use semantic HTML buttons and proper labels.
  • Visual Presentation. We are updating color contrasts on infographic elements and page indicators to meet WCAG ratios. We are also improving the responsive layout to ensure content reflows correctly at high zoom levels (400%) without overlapping. However, it takes some time to improve.

Accessibility Improvement Roadmap

We are committed to addressing the accessibility issues identified in this statement as long as by the end of 2027.

We will update this statement regularly to reflect our progress and any new initiatives.

PREPARATION OF THIS ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

This accessibility statement was prepared following an evaluation of the website conducted by User Vision, a third-party accessibility consultancy. The audit was completed on 6 June, 2025 using a combination of automated tools, manual techniques, and testing with assistive technologies on desktop and mobile platforms to ensure the website meets accessibility standards.
