How to cancel an Incogni subscription?

To cancel your Incogni subscription, simply log in to your Incogni account and cancel it — it’s that easy. And if, for some reason, you want to cancel your NordProtect subscription that includes the Incogni service, you can log in to your Nord Account and turn off auto-renewal for your NordProtect plan in the billing section. That automatically turns off your auto-renewal for Incogni as well.

However, there is no guarantee that NordProtect will locate and monitor every possible site or directory where consumers' compromised personal information is leaked or published. Accordingly, we may not be able to notify you of all your personal information that may have been compromised.
